Delivery Charges Our delivery charges are based on the current cost of packaging and posting your purchased items WITHIN THE UK. Currently we are only offering the option of standard parcels via royal mail. We will endevour to dispatch your items to you the same day providing your order is received before 12:00 on any working weekday. We always aim to have your order with you within 5 working days. Our site will automatically calculate your P+P cost for you based on the contents of your cart. Each kit must be mailed seperately and the P+P charges will reflect this. In all cases we will aim to provide you the best service we can. Returns We are happy to accept any returns of faulty products providing the product is returned to us in its original packaging with all accessories present and in its original condition (ignoring the reason for return of faulty) Any items wishing to be returned must be sent to us via recorded delivery along with a refernce number issued by us, to you; in advance. You may request this returns reference number by using our contact us form. Any item arriving at r-g-models.co.uk without a returns reference on the package will not be signed for. Once received you will be offered a replacement / repair / refund (including your return postage) whichever is more relevent in the situation arising.
